How to Calibrate a Hoverboard

To calibrate a hoverboard is a relatively simple process. We have made a video for you to make it even easier, so follow along and you'll know how to calibrate your hoverboard in no time.

Instructions

1. Put the hoverboard on a flat surface, making sure that it is level. Whatever level you set it at, is the level that you'll it will be calibrated for.
2. Make sure the hoverboard is completely off. This means that it needs to be shut off by the silver power button, not put into sleep mode by the remote.
3. Once the hoverboard is level, press and hold the silver power button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
4. The front / top (depends on model) and indicator LED lights will flash. Let the hoverboard sit like this for 30 seconds.
5. After 30 seconds has passed, press the silver power button once again and shut the hoverboard off.
6. Your hoverboard should now be calibrated and should ride level with the ground. If not, go to step 7.
7. If your hoverboard still won't balance, we recommend you purchase a new logic board.
