Detailed charging procedure

Charging notes Your Hoverboard should arrive partially charged and ready to go. Once you have had an initial play, it’s a good idea to give it a full charge until the charge light goes green. The board can take 2-3 hours to fully charge, but will often be less, depending on the state of the battery when you plug it in. It can also take more than 3 hours but this is rare. Getting On and Off Your Hoverboard

Getting ON Your Hoverboard: Place the Hoverboard on level ground in front of you. Turn the Hoverboard on and make sure the Battery Level Light is green (indicating the unit is charged). Using your dominant foot step forward and place your foot lightly onto the Hoverboard. Stabilize the Hoverboard by finding the correct balance with your dominant foot. Once you have stabilized the Hoverboard begin to shift your weight to your dominant foot and quickly bring your other foot onto the Hoverboard. My Bluetooth isn’t working

No Sound at all New / Unused board If the board is brand new and there is no sound coming from the speaker when you switch the board on, it can be one of the following issues: The speaker wire has become detached from the Bluetooth unit.
