Do you offer a Guarantee?
Yes, we do! We are 100% committed to our customers and provide every customer with a 6 month guarantee on all purchases. With a less than 1% return rate, we have so much confidence in our hoverboards that if any technical problems arise within the first 6 months we will fix it for free!
What size board shall I get?
We offer 4 different board sizes – 6.5" ProZip ®Spitfire, 8.5" ProZip® Hummer, 10IN Wheel and 8.5" ProZip® Rip Saw®. We do not recommend hoverboards by age of the person, it is dependent on the type of terrain you wish to ride your hoverboard on. All ProZip® hoverboards are equipped with the ProZip® APP where the board can be set at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
How old must you be to ride a hoverboard?
We recommend our boards for age 7+ up to adults!

Are the hoverboards waterproof?
Our boards are not fully waterproof, but they are splash proof. Think puddle, not lake!
Can you ride them on grass?
Yes and no! The 6.5" are best on flat surfaces such as tarmac and indoor flooring. The d the 10" and ProZip® Off Road All Terrain boards can be ridden on most terrain including long grass and trails.
What are the Bluetooth speakers, and how do they work?
We have a lot of people that ask us when their hoverboard: Where is my Bluetooth speaker and how do I use it? The Bluetooth speakers and module are incorporated into the board. You simply connect your phone or device to the board and you are good to go!
How long do the batteries last for?
It is dependant on multiple variants how long our UN38.3 last for. Fully charged they last up to 4 hours depending on the incline, terrain and speed that you ride them on.
