All our hoverboards come with FREE shipping in Canada and the USA. Why? because we love you! (and our hoverbaords too). Which is why we want to handle the delivery process ourselves, and not have to charge you for it. All our hoverboards come fully packaged and boxed for safe and speedy delivery, without extra charge.

When checking-out, you’ll notice that there is no delivery fee. Correct. So long as you’re from Canada, we will handle this cost for you.

All hoverboards are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Shipping. Processing takes 1-2 days.

Free 5 – 7 Business Day Canada-wide Delivery

We also offer free Canada-wide shipping that can take 5 – 7 business days depending on your location. All hoverboards are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Shipping. Processing is done within 24 hours after your order.

Shipping Details

The Hoverscooter™ hoverboards ship in a protected box with Styrofoam or an egg crate inside of it. The box size is very large (up to 12″ x 11″ x 26″) so please make preparations to receive it. Items returned due to non-pickup will be subject to our standard restocking fee.

Every Hoverscooter hoverboard includes the following items inside the box:

  • 1 Hoverboard
  • 1 Hoverboard Charger
  • 1 Hoverboard Charger Connector
  • 1 Owners Manual

Model Dependent / Optional

  • Remote Control
  • Tire Air Pump

Shipping Fees

The buyer is responsible for payment of the return shipping. All returns must include tracking and full insurance to cover any damage during transit. Hoverboards returned for any reason other than DOA are subject to our restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

Our restocking fee is 35% of the original retail price of the hoverboard.

Items that are not a hoverboard do not carry a restocking fee.

DOA Items

We take DOA (dead on arrival) items very seriously. We inspect every hoverboard before shipment.

If an item is delivered DOA, please inform us immediately. Document everything that you can and report them to us via our website so we can sort out how to handle it properly.

We will make sure to handle any DOA items swiftly.
